Gregory J. Poland Appointed Chief Regional Mediator in Buffalo
On September 2, 2008, Gregory J. Poland joined PERB as Chief Regional Mediator in Buffalo after eight years as Corporation Counsel for the City of Binghamton and almost three years as General Counsel for a private corporation in upstate New York.
He has considerable experience in public sector labor and employment law, including mediation, arbitration, contract negotiations and litigation in State Court. Mr. Poland received his Bachelor’s Degree from Franciscan University, a Masters Degree from SUNY at Cortland and his Law Degree from Widener University School of Law.
